All items are sent via a ‘Special Delivery’ service. This guarantees your goods arriving safely
and promptly. The varying costs are as

Please allow 7-14 working days for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made during working hours and will require a signature.

RETURNS
AND EXCHANGES
Our products are designed with great care and affection, we
hope you feel the same way about them. However, if for any reason you don't,
please return them, in the original packaging, within 14 days of dispatch and
we will refund or exchange them. dlux Ltd, Redmans House, 98 Albion Drive,
London, E8 4LY. Unfortunately we cannot
refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not
affected). Just complete and enclose the returns form supplied with your
delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage, and sadly,
we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us. Always obtain a
certificate of posting as proof of postage.
