About Us

Dlux was a concept born in 2004 after an illustrious career in the Press Office for C&A, then owning a production company which led to representing some of Londons’ most reputable fashion photographers.

The next step was a natural progression towards retail. I noticed there was a gap in the market for fabulous, high quality and fashionable sheepskin & shearling products. Customers needed a wider choice of colours and styles, and the option of a bespoke service – in our first year I was asked to make a full-length Merino Lambskin Coat with matching hat for a young brides’ dream wedding in the World famous Ice Hotel – it absolutely made her day, she was wrapped in shearling from head-to-toe and felt like a Princess!

With my knowledge and expertise, and being such a fashionista, I began designing a capsule collection.I called on an expert team of professionals – photographer, stylist, hair & make-up artist - casted for the right model and with the help of my wonderful boyfriend, produced our first glossy brochure. This received such wonderful reviews.

We soon realised this was more than a brochure, and set about forming a mail-order company, but with a difference. Beautifully boxed goodies arriving at your door, wrapped in tissue, but without the high price-tag. Quality has always been high on the agenda, and only the finest and exquisite shearlings are used.

Over the last 3 years I have taken time out to have two children, hence Dlux went a tad sleepy. BUT this is the year for Dlux, I’ve come bouncing back with a fresh, new, invigorated collection which I hope you’ll love as much as I’ve loved designing and producing it.

Dlux is constantly evolving and over time I will be developing new collections not only for women, but for the men and children in our lives……
